You know, for once I'd like to get a call about a bad smell from an abandoned apartment that turns out to be a raccoon. Hell, I'd even take a dead cat. As much as I like solving murders, getting the smell out of my clothes is a chore I really don't appreciate.

And here we go. The rumor mill's buzzing for the next Batman movie, and it's all I can do to keep my mouth shut. The latest rumor, however, prevents me from doing so. The voice in my head is quietly judging your choices, Christopher Nolan. If that isn't a bad sign, I don't know what is.

This place is just full of surprises. I heard about Gotham, but I figured the guys back home were just pulling my leg. Turns out I had to drive through it to get here. Not a trip I want to repeat any time soon. Things never stop exploding there, do they?
